The Vessel
Micat is a luxury vessel with the capacity to carry over 400 passengers and 52 four wheel drives. Micat staff are very proud of our spectacular ship and we pride ourselves on offering service that is friendly and professional and we are constantly striving to improve the services that we provide.
Micat has three decks, a vehicle deck, the saloon deck and the upper deck.
The Vehicle Deck has drive on/drive off facilities as well as side passenger loading doors for use with river cruises. The lower deck has the ability to take 52 cars, and can be transformed in to a fabulous venue for events when required (suits up to 400). There are toilets on this deck with wheel chair access and service bars are installed on the lower deck when we are catering for larger events.

The Saloon Deck provides a luxurious space for guests to relax and enjoy their time onboard. The area is carpeted, all seating is fully upholstered and there are three large television screens available for viewing during your trip. Our cafe is licensed to sell alcohol and provides a variety of fresh and tasty snacks as well as a range of coffees and teas.
There are three male and three female toilets on this deck as well as seating and tables to accommodate 200 guests. Some of the seating in the saloon can be removed to create areas for entertainment etc. for use during our river cruises. The saloon provides a wonderful area for river cruises when catering for smaller groups (100 – 200 people). Entry to the Saloon Deck is via four stair wells which are accessed from the lower deck.

The Upper Deck provides seating for approximately 100 people and on a clear day is the best place to sit and enjoy your trip aross to Moreton Island. Entry is via two stair wells at the rear of the vessel on the saloon deck.
